Thank you for shopping at barnmx.com. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. As our products are made-to-order specifically for you, please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the date you received your package. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at barnmx@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

3. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a printing error, we will offer a 100% free replacement or a full refund. Please send us a clear photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery, and we will handle the rest.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Damaged Items: We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement or provide a pre-paid label.
  • For Exchanges/Remorse: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
