The Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship returned to Nashville’s Nissan Stadium for Round 13, delivering a massive shake-up in the closest three-rider title fight in history. Honda HRC’s Hunter Lawrence emerged as the night’s big winner, seizing the sole points lead with a dominant performance.
450SMX Class: Lawrence Capitalizes on Rivals’ Errors
The Main Event began with Ken Roczen taking an early lead, while championship co-leader Eli Tomac struggled with a poor start outside the top 10. Lawrence quickly moved into second and pressured Roczen until the Suzuki rider lost traction before a triple jump with eight minutes remaining.
Lawrence seized the opening, sprinting to a massive 15-second gap and cruising to his fourth win of the season. Behind him:
• Cooper Webb fought through a mid-pack start to finish 2nd, marking his first podium in four races.
• Ken Roczen recovered from a late-race tip-over to secure 3rd.
• Eli Tomac endured a nightmare round; after a bad start and a late crash, he finished 12th, dropping 15 points behind Lawrence in the standings.
Championship Standings (4 Races Remaining):
1. Hunter Lawrence (Leader)
2. Ken Roczen (-10 pts)
3. Eli Tomac (-15 pts)

250SMX Eastern Divisional: Davies Dominates Nashville
In the Eastern Regional 250SMX class, Cole Davies put on a masterclass. Despite not getting the holeshot, Davies utilized superior speed in the “sketchy” whoop section to take the lead within five minutes and never looked back, winning by a staggering 17.2 seconds.
The battle for the remaining podium spots was defined by “carnage”:
• Seth Hammaker crashed while chasing Davies, then collided with Daxton Bennick while fighting back for second.

• Nate Thrasher avoided the chaos to inherit 2nd place, his first podium of the season.
• Devin Simonson secured a career-first 3rd place after Hammaker was penalized two positions for cutting the track following his initial crash.
