MXGP 26: The Official Game Is Out Now

MXGP 26: The Official Game has officially launched, making its live debut during the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations. The newest entry in the franchise is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. It’s developed by Artefacts Studio in Lyon and published by Nacon.

This year’s release marks the biggest overhaul the series has ever seen. MXGP 26 has been rebuilt from the ground up, shifting to Unreal Engine 5 and targeting a smooth 60 FPS. The riding physics have been redesigned around weight transfer, traction, and surface interaction, giving the game a more grounded feel. Real‑time track deformation now creates evolving ruts that change the racing line lap after lap.

A brand‑new free‑roam zone called The Compound joins the traditional Grand Prix, Championship, Time Attack, and Online Multiplayer modes, giving players more space to explore and practice.

MXGP 26 includes 19 official tracks from the 2026 MXGP and MX2 calendar along with 16 licensed bikes. Several new features were built directly from community feedback, including:

  • More realistic bike behavior through ruts
  • Sand redesigned as its own surface type
  • Adjustable field of view for every camera
  • A dynamic paddock featuring real team liveries
  • Custom champion liveries
  • Unlockable Scrub Designz and MADE sticker kits

MXGP 26 aims to deliver the most authentic and technically advanced motocross experience the series has offered to date.
